Because we operate under a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, we rely on the support of individuals and local businesses such as yours to help facilitate our programs.  In an effort to support youth education, our organization has partnered with a local elementary school to implement this program.   Twice a year, we donate bicycles and helmets to students that have been identified as outstanding achievers and recommended by their teachers.

Your “tax deductible” donation would enable us to sustain this program and provide an incentive for students to strive towards academic excellence and a better education.  As many of us are aware, a solid education is an integral piece to a strong foundation, which leads to success.  Furthermore, it helps our youth develop a perspective on life, shape their values, and become contributing members of society.  Your donation would help facilitate this process.

How would making this donation benefit you, “the donor?” In choosing to support our “Bikes to Books” program by making an in-kind donation, your organization will be publicly recognized during the presentation of bicycles  /helmets or other prizes to the students, which is good for public relations and business.  Additionally, your company’s promotional material may accompany the items and your organization will be acknowledged in any articles or presentations pertaining to the program that we draft for publication.
